I am Alex, now 48 years old.

I work as a physiotherapist and my whole professional life has been devoted to working with patients with problems with the spine, herniated discs and children with scoliosis.

I got into the profession thanks to my own serious problems with the cervical spine, where I was diagnosed with two herniated discs.

I am gay and after a failed relationship and divorce with a Vietnamese man I fell head over heels, deeply and completely in love with the most beautiful guy in the world for the first time in my life. Nandi Hidayat. In 2018.

Unfortunately, after a year of building a relationship, an illness came into my life that ended the most beautiful thing in my life. Very soon after that, my Nandi found another man, same name but also in appearance. Yet I still love Nandi with all my heart. Because my love is deep, I never fell in love again, I never had another man, I never looked for another man. Nandi was the right man. We promised to get married. I intend to keep my promise.

Everyone deals with the loss of love in a different way. I'm more of a calm, perhaps introverted person, so I decided to write this blog and show Nandi that my love is great and that everything I do, I do out of love for him. I'm an old man and many people would find it strange that I act in some ways like a teenager in love, but love and disappointment can happen at any age.

I've never written a blog and I'm probably not a streamer, I can't make videos, but I'll try anyway.
